If something doesn’t meet your expectations, I'm here to make it right — we don't call it Southern hospitality for nothing! Your purchase should feel like you're engaging with a friendly New Orleans neighbor. That said, there are times when you will just want to make a return. Here's how:
General Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on unused products in their original packaging.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you’d like to initiate a return.
Return Shipping
Customers may return items using the carrier of their choice, and we will credit your account for the cost of return shipping once we receive documentation of your postage amount.
Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are eligible for:

We do not issue refunds to original payment methods at this time because of the extra merchant fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Send us photos of the item and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order

We will replace the damaged goods at our expense

No need to send the damaged items back

Holiday Return Window
Orders placed around major gifting holidays — Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day — qualify for an extended return window of 30 days from receipt of your order.
