Shipping Policy
We take pride in getting your handcrafted items from our studio to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Every order is poured, packed, and shipped with the same attention we give to our own candle collection here in New Orleans.
Where We Ship
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is paused for now due to high carrier costs, but we hope to expand again internationally in the future.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and packaged within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Because many of our items are hand-poured on demand, larger or custom orders may require additional production time. Preorders are accepted for large purchases.

You may also ask for local pickup in New Orleans, LA, or at our St. Louis, MO, production facility (available at checkout)
Orders over $100 ship free within the U.S.
Packaging Fragile Items
Our candles are packaged with extra insulation to protect their glass vessels during transit. If something arrives broken, please send us clear photos of the damage and packaging, and we’ll replace the affected items promptly.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us first at candles@frenchquartercandles.com. We’ll take it from there, and help resolve the issue so you don’t have to navigate the carrier process alone.
Backorders
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, backorders are rare. If a fragrance temporarily sells out from one of our suppliers, we’ll notify you of the expected restock date or offer an alternative.
